Shipping Policy
All prints and paintings are shipped directly from London, UK.

We offer free delivery to locations in the UK. Due to Brexit, we are currently unable to deliver overseas. Please contact directly for any requests regarding delivery.

We process orders for paintings within 4-5 business days (excluding weekdays and holidays). Print orders can take up to 14 days to process, depending on stock.

Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us directly.

If you need assistance with an order, or have any queries, please contact us directly. We cannot make changes to your order once it is shipped.

Please review and ensure that you have the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide.
Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is in its original condition and packaging. We do not provide shipping for returns, all return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email as soon as possible. Please include your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on an individual basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
